Package Includes:

• Professional Service FeeAttending to the family and receiving further instruction; Arrangement of legal and medical documentation; Release Authorisation of the deceased; Registration and lodgement of the deceased’s passing with the Department of Internal Affairs for the Original death certificate; Administration support services throughout the funeral arrangement;
• Transfer of the DeceasedAs part of our services, a Funeral Director will take charge of your loved one and transfer them from the place of passing to our premises (within the Auckland Region); Once final arrangements for the Direct Cremation have been confirmed, the Funeral Director will transfer your loved one from our premises to the local council crematorium for cremation (also situated within the Auckland Region);
• Sanitary TreatmentFor the purposes of viewing and/or a final funeral service, your loved one will undergo an external disinfection treatment for the purposes of presentation and cosmetics (this is the minimal requirement for viewing if the deceased will be viewed by the public); This process will also take place if the deceased lays in state at the funeral home until the cremation takes place.
• Death CertificateWhen you are making arrangements with our Funeral Director’s, we will collect personal information of your loved one that is legally required to initiate the lodgement of the Original Death Certificate. This information is lodged and applied for the day of your loved ones cremation or burial, and in normal business hours can expect the Death Certificate to return anywhere between 3 – 5 working days after lodgement.
• Website & Social Media Obituary NoticeIf you wish to place a Death Notice in the NZ Herald, we can provide you with the service to do that by lodging the notice on your behalf. Once you have approved the Draft Notice, we will inform you of the NZ Herald’s charge. If you would like to take advantage of our Funeral Home lodging a Free Funeral notice on our website and social media pages, our Funeral Director will assist you in drafting one that you are comfortable with and a photo to accompany the funeral details.
